Hi, I am Svezza. I live in Oxfordshire and spend a lot of my time travelling in Spain, particularly the Province of Cadìz in Andalusia. On this site, I write about food from Oxfordshire, Cadìz and places between. The food I describe is interesting to me and writing about it helps me to learn more. My main sources of inspiration and focus are my allotment garden, (huerta) in Thame, Oxfordshire and the produce market (mercado de Abastos) next door in Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz. I have chosen not to include any recipes in any of the posts (although I try to direct you to any that I have used). Sometimes, I don’t have much to say except that I want to share an image of something. A placeholder for me to revisit. All the photography is my own. Enjoy!
